I'll have to explore the use of shared notes as I didn't previously know they existed... although I've often wondered about the purpose of that blank window!

Edit, Find works just fine for individual notes though.  It's just what I was looking for.

V3 sounds great.  I'll have to invest, but probably not for a few months.

I feel very guilty asking this, because I still haven't got to grips with creating queries in FH... and I am sure it must be very easy.  I do it all the time in Access!   Please could someone who is a whizz with queries create one that will lift out all records with estimated or approximate BMD date...

Is there a standard query that I can run to list all people with a baptism / christing event?

I haven't yet worked out how to create custom queries... but maybe someone could give me an idiots guide? [confused]
