Okay thanks for that. I'll remember about any future posts on V3. Can you buy an upgrade from V3 to V5 or do you just buy the Complete program as new.

I have Family Historian 3 and I recently installed on Windows 7. Everything seems okay but when I start repositioning/ scaling my page boundaries the computer freezes the program. Does anybody know if this is a problem with Family Historian 3 on Windows 7?. If so is there a fix or do I have to bite ...

I made a diagram from the Head of one side of the family and asked it to show all relatives. It showed all his sons, daugthers and all theirs until my grandfather and grandmother, but did not show my father. Any ideas please?

One of my ancestors was widowed with a number of children. a few years later she gave birth to a little girl. There is no father on the birth certificate. How can I add to Family Tree so it shows her late husband was not the father?

I have just created a family tree on my mother's side and have moved branches around etc to make the tree look better. I've just noticed that one relative is hown but his mother and father are missing. Is there a way that they could be added to him in the existing diagram?

Sorry, I've figured it out.

I have inadvertently let a relative who is already married show as being married to his daughter. Is there an easy way of removing the marriage but still retaining her relationship to him as a daughter and also her descendants not being lost. Thanks for answers to previous posts.

I am new to this. I inserted 3 family trees into my chart. In each of these there is a Duplicate Family Box. Is there a way to merge the boxes? i.e. when I insert my mother family tree descendants and then my fathers family tree descendants there is duplicate for my mother and father. Sounds a bit o...
