For your information, we are using ESET Smart Security 4 system which I disabled but it made no difference, so I went back to basics, uninstalled everything and started again with the disks for 2.1.8 onwards and the downloaded installatio...

Yes, I have also had a problem. After downloading, I cannot open it, and receive a message: 'The set up files are corrupted. Please obtrain a new copy of the program'. I assume 'program' refers to the 3.1.1. download and not FH 3.1 already installed.
