Am trying to create a Gedcom to upload online to Webtrees but am finding that even though I am not ticking the exclude repositories option the created file is not including repositories. Have opened the Gedcom in FH 4 as well but definitely no repositories. Anyone any ideas why this is happening, I ...

Just a thought, but would Burials not be more use in general to everyone before births, as like Baptisms they are available for much older records as well and in the case of pre-1837 deaths the main source for deaths as well.

Have just emailed McAfee as suggested, sent an email to BT via their annoying contact form yesterday and as yet still no response.

Anne, sounds like a typical response from BT always blame something else. Let us know how you get on, I'll be very surprised if it fixes it.

Just to say I too have now emailed BT about their Net Protect Plus aka McAfee software. Hopefully, if lots of people contact them and also McAfee the problem will get resolved.

I have had problems with McAfee in the past, and have only been using it recently because that is who BT have their deal with for virus protection. Hi I too am having problems, all was fine about 5pm UK time, and then when I went back to my tree about 2 hours later it kept shutting down. Have spent the last hour searching for issues and found none.
