Mike, On second thoughts, is what you suggest meant to correct one page, or to adjust the book as a whole (to put any text with its relative photos on the same page). Because I can see a situation where to adjust one page, could just push the problem to the next, or a subsequent page.

Jane, I thought afterwards that perhaps you meant reducing the actual physical size of the photos on the page by narrowing the image. I first measured from the left-hand side of the page to the left-hand edge of the centred photo and compared that to the distance from the right-hand edge of the page...

I am having trouble finding the Diagram Menu (strange as it may seem). I click on an individual in the Record Menu, which opens their Property Box. I have displayed each diagram in turn, but have still got the normal toolbar displayed. What else do I have to do to get the Diagram toolbar?
