I often travel with my laptop to friends to discuss genealogy. I have 2 computers a standalaone with FH 4.13 and a laptop with FH 4.13. I always add data and photos to the standalaone and periodically need to then update the laptop. I have tried saving a GED file on the standalone and then importing...

Courses in South East London suburbia
I would love to attend a course. I live near Sevenoaks Kent and I find that getting up to London is very Time consuming and extremely expensive. Would it not be possible to hold a course in the South of London ie area Sevenoaks Maidstone Bromley etc. I thought it would pay Calico to install a full t...

At the moment 'The Kinsfolk Census to do table' prints out in landscape form over 2 pages per single screen shot. One page contains columns 1841 to 1871 and the other 1881 to 1911 Would it not be possible to do the following:- reduce the width of the 'Individual' by several characters. reduce by two...

Query List of married women by married name
Extremely grateful I have tried for an hour to do what you suggested but it will not even let me ' add' in some circumstances.
Extremely frustrated.
Is it unfair of me to ask you to create it and add it to the custom queries please ??

Thank you PeterR and Tatewise For all census events I have recorded the datas '1911' or '1901' or '1891' etc. I was not aware that I had to record the exact census date for the query to work. There are obviously 2 ways for me to make this work (1) alter ALL census dates to actual dates (2) to alter ...

Sorry but your last comment replied if all events in cells are n/a or has an census event. This is not correct in my case. Yes thanks I have printed it out but it does NOT omit the fully complete lines in the following circumstances For someone who was born after 1901 but previous to 1911 it lists all census from 1841 to 1901 as 'n/a' and it lists the 1911 as '1911' because I have that data. Therefore it is complete as ...

Fine thanks Tatewise Yes I have seen, but I need to alter it so that the N/a and their related names do not appear and I do not need to see the years that have been completed. The list required will only show names and years that qualify for 'missing'. This produces just a 'hit list' Is there a way ...
