The only thing I can think of that could affect the diagram is your printer setting. Try changing that.

Don't forget that V4 uses the project folder and if you've used this feature your Gedcom file will have changed it's location.

Just a small point to clarify the terms of downloading and uploading.

Using the PC as the origin, downloading is the term used for putting data onto the PC and uploading the term for taking data off the PC and sending it elsewhere.

From memory (which at the moment is dodgy) the limit only applies to FAT based hard disks. If you use NTFS then the limit is a lot longer.
