I have a couple of tree members who were involved with High Court cases, one leading to a suicide which I have the newspaper reports and coroners report.

Is there any real difference in recording Burial dates and grave photos with grave transcripts in only the Burial fact or should the Grave fact be used for the grave photos with grave transcripts. I can't see any advantage to utilising both facts.

Tatewise, that is what I have been doing, except that I have been entering the Month & Year with App as the qualifier plus the Source Citation . Perhaps I should use the Estimated qualifier. Sorry, I think that I have just answered my own question, the Multimedia does not have Flags.

In the Multimedia Window if you use Find then Search Text and then enter the Keywords separated by a Comma then select All Text Fields.
I find this works for me and has the same effect as using AND.
