If you go into documents and settings then Documents and right click on the folder, you can then move the whole of My documents (including Dropbox) to another place (ie D) of your choice.
I am unsure of the exact paths, which depend on which version of windows you are using.

A lot of my false positives are where the Forenames are the same, and birth year (but not place (one is Andreas, Isle of Man, the other is Malew, Isle of Man)), but the surnames are not even close (such as John James Teare and James John Clucas).

Just over 14 mins for 29,816 individuals.

I think there does need to be some method of marking pairs that have already been checked and found to be not duplicates, as I'm starting to get a static top 12
