I would like some advice please and have Just upgraded to V7.

My question is if I want to put a narrative for each record could somebody tell me what is the best way to do it please.
I do not want to get duplications when I run a report.

Hi I have tried unsuccessfully to input a copy of a census page as a Source.

The picture was in the media file landscape but when I input it into the Source it shows as portrait and there is no way to turn it round.
I would appreciate your suggestions
