I couldn't agree more. I posted a query in V4 usage forum about keywords and in less than 24 hours she has produced a utilty which does the job in a couple of minutes which would otherwise have taken hours.[smile]

Jane, you deserve a Gold star[smile].
I had begun to make a start by opening the gedcom in Notepad and finding each occurence of _KEYS and changing the keyword, but with this utility the job was finished in a few minutes.

I have jpegs of censuses attached to their respective sources and would like to give them each a keyword eg 1841 census. Is it possible for example to select all my 1841 sources and give the attached images the keyword '1841 Census' in one go or, as I fear, I will have to do it one by one? John ID:3...
