Thanks for your reply Jane. I have downloaded PDF995 (and already have acrobat). Am I supposed to still save the report in the same way? I have tried doing so and it saves exactly the same as before. Please could you tell me where I am going wrong.

saving reports
Please can anyone help me? I am having real problems saving my reports - they look fab when on screen or if I print them immediately, but if i save them to print later or to e mail they are just awful. I save the report as RTF (for word, notebook etc) but at best they seem to save as one generation ...
