Yes, I had entered several and not noticed a problem with the others.
I am wondering if I did something different compared to when I entered the others. They have a single death entry with GRO Index attached as a source so I may just adjust to match the others.

My netbook has Windows 7 64 bit and I find that when I try to make changes to a custom report it comes up with a message unable to save changes as the location is read only in the program data file.
How can I safely change this?

I have come across at least one reference where there was a suffix letter. All I can think is that it was missed in the initial recording and had to be added later.
