Key supplied by Kagi will not work

Thanks for the good replies but tried those already before I rebooted FH and as mentioned clean sweeped computer of FH before starting again with V.2-1-6.  Could it be Windows 7 64 bit software problem as getting desperate for anything now to try.

[HELP] Tab fails to go online?

Found it!
I had tried deepnet explorer a few months ago for a short time and I guess Family Historian had got linked to it.
However I am a little puzzled why it did not revert back to the default browser? As my system is MSN and default is always Internet Explorer.[smile] Thanks for the Help solution.

Access to cemetery records

Thanks Jane.

Thought it might have been a quicker way of finding positive results by going directly to a specific cemetary records. Just have to go back to costly slow way I suppose.  Tar for now   John[wink]

Error condition with upgrade to 2.2.1

Thank you to Jane & Dave.  For the suggestion to re-instal software again as I now have the upgrade installed and looking forward to using. It's nice to have this support out there, and from the reviews I have been reading looks like you have added a winner of an update here![wink]

Error condition with upgrade to 2.2.1

Thanks David! I guess I will have to do it the hard way again. But hate losing all that documentation and having to import again from paper. As it took me 2 days off and on to get to where I am now. But as I said nothing comes easily to my family.
