I agree with some of the previous posters in the fact that it's terribly bad customer service to promise an upgrade, produce the product for sale to NEW customers immediately while the installed base is left hanging. Seems like bait and switch to me.

Maybe someone can help. I purchased V3 Download last month specifically since V4 was going to be free. Unless I'm missing something I can't find that download anywhere. I've read all the pages about the trial which is pretty confusing. I have not received any type of email with a download link. I ch...
