Thank you both - I am quite a new user so its more about my lack of ability to see the tress I want etc with the siblings and thought this might be the answer. Anyway havebooked myself on one of the beginners courses to give a jump start so will follow your advice and leave things where they are for...

My project has got too big to handle easily as I have put all my different ancestral branches on the one project. I wonder if anyone could explain to me how I can move one family branch to a new project in its entirety eg my grandmother on my fathers side? Many thanks for any ideas![confused] ID:5932
