Sorry, nothing has changed.

I reinstalled 6.2.2, restarted computer, and checked the security tab of a number of files but Everyone is not there.

John, have you tried using the 'Save Query to File' option using the icon near top right of screen (3 to the right of the print icon - I'm looking at version 4.1.3). You can then save the results as a *.csv file thus allowing you to edit in Excel (other programmes are available!!).

I have managed to add a Relationship to Root Column in the Records Window using the following: expression: =Relationship(FileRoot(),,TEXT,1) However, this also shows the relationship to the spouse eg 'Husband's Cousin'. Is there a reason you can’t Save Report As ... Word-Processor Document (RTF) then open it in Microsoft Word?
You would then be able to View Header/Footer, Insert Auto Text, Page X of Y.
