Its OK if that's what it uses I'll continue to use Firefox as I have no desire to fix up IE. As far as I am concerned this is now closed.

Issue with nothing showing in web search window for FMP hints
I am running FH 6.2.5 on Windows 7 and when I click on a hint for an individual and use the internal web search window all that happens is I get a blank window with an FMP url but nothing displays. When I select an external browser (in this case currently Firefox but likely to change) it works fine ...

Marking forums read
I agree its not a huge issue, but I thought worth raising it. Now I know the background to the development team its probably worth leaving it alone for now although perhaps some thought should be given to being prepared to move to a new better supported program if bigger problems arise in the future...

Marking forums read
Its a shame that it works like this because it really makes the mark all read button useless since when you take a look at a board you will see all previous new threads.
Maybe a request to the authors of the software to see if they can help.

Marking forums read
I have noticed that on these forums when using the 'Mark forums read' button only the forum is marked as read not every thread within each forum. This is different operation to every other forum I use where marking forums read marks every thread in every board as read as well. I find this rather dis...

FH4 on Linux
Hmm.... if true it should work especially if it uses the same process as the original V4 install which worked.

FH4 on Linux
I have FH V4.02 running fine on Linux (Mandriva 2010) under Wine and so far everything I need works perfectly. It was installed from a download and activated OK with my name and key just fine. My problem comes with trying the latest pre-release upgrade which starts, asks for my name and key but then...

More problems with printing and PDFs
Yes I was using left/right, mainly because for some charts it uses less paper!
Do you know which OSs are affected because I can switch OSs easily using virtualisation.

More problems with printing and PDFs
Oh well, I am running XP, have you any idea when this might be resolved. The whole purpose of getting FH was to print some charts. I am beginning to regret getting it now because none of the charts I want will print correctly - at least for me in XP. Do you know which OSs have the problem?

More problems with printing and PDFs
I have been trying to print an all relatives chart and find that both when using PDF output and printing direct that there are missing vertical lines on the chart, both solid and dotted, I have increased the size of the lines from hairline but they only show on the graphic within FH not at all on th...

Problems printing everyone chart as PDF
Thanks to both for the reply. I emailed the support last night about this. I dont really think a wish list item would be appropriate for this since the everyone diagram is effectively useless when printed without these lines being completely joined up. I would really expect it to be considered a bug...

Problems printing everyone chart as PDF
Being new to FH please cut me some slack here.... I am trying to print an everyone chart as a PDF file via the print option but I find that the coloured lines which are drawn between related parts of the chart go off the right hand side and are never printed. You can also see this on the actual char...
