Some of the photographs on my diagram have a gap between bottom of photograph and the base of the box, yet others fill the area designated for them. I knew it was a simple thing to do!
I followed the Edit info -Turned Photo's on in Diagram Options - Pictures Tab
It then all worked like a dream. All photo's are now showing on the diagram thanks to you.[smile]

After searching Family Historian I understand I need to use the Moving/Resizing button on the Diagram Toolbar to enable me to carry out 'Box and Bar'Move.
