I must be missing something Mike. After opening my diagram, I went to File > Print Setup > Properties and that Predefined Custom setting was indeed selected. So, I click OK to exit the Print Setup boxes. After all this, the diagram still shows several hundred 8.5"x11" boxes when Show Page Boundaries...

Good info, Mike. Yes, it will go to a commercial print shop. We will ask them about re-scaling a full size PDF to fit on their roll paper.

I think another option is to use Tools > Re-order Out-of-Sequence Data. Then check the boxes for the desired items to re-order.

You can quickly do your entire database with this option.
