tried one person, and focused on him, and then his duplicate, an evryone diagram gave the exact same statistics in both

so as it looks like the higher numbered persons are the duplicate, how do i identify them as a set? there are 329 people in this gedcom, of which 100 are duplicates, if the 100 are linked and will show in an evryone diagram if i select 1 of them ( the duplicate) surely that diagram will differ by 12...
