Mike, I've entered a place and I get the map and I see that the location is off a bit.  So... I'm trying to use the 'nudge' buttons to get the location to be better. Hi Mike, Just wanted to let you know that the new version 2.1 did fix the problem with the invalid requests.  I went from 211 failed to 169 failed.  Now the ones that are failing are because Google Maps can't find the place name as I've got it recorded.  I tested by going to Google Maps in my browse...

This definitely fixed the problem with the slow load time for me.  Now it took only a second to go from clicking on RUN till the buttons at the bottom of the primary window were active.  Used to take about 45 - 50 seconds.

You are absolutely correct.  I just updated to 5.0.0.4 and the plugin works without error.

I did notice that most of the 'Invalid Requests' where for Norwegian place names with Norwegian characters.  I'll have to manually set them up.

Yes, that is with my 6789 individuals file.  The file has 1262 places. It takes about 23 seconds from the time I click on Run till the buttons at the bottom of the plugin window become active. Made the change and now the plugin starts up fine in just seconds, doesn't seem to tie up a processor at all, and everything fits in the window just fine.  Looks like this took care of the problem.

Are we supposed to be able to resize the main plugin window?  Mine can't be resized.

I have 6788 individuals.  

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit on a i7-2600 with 8 GB RAM.  My display is 1920x1080 on a 23' monitor.

Didn't have this problem at all starting up the previous version of the plugin.

I installed FH 4.1.3 on my new computer and that did take care of the problem. The option and toolbar button are now as expected.

Thanks for the explanation on Windows 7 and Documents.  I don't know why Microsoft has to always make things so confusing.  Don't get me wrong... I like Windows.  And I like Microsoft and live only about 5 miles from their headquarters in Redmond, Washington. OK... so I guess I have to install FH 4....

I'm having a problem.   I just got a new computer and I'm trying to install AS 64-bit version 2.0.0 and I'm having problems.   I downloaded the install file to my computer and clicked on it and it comes up with a warning that the publisher can't be verified.  I click on Run and then nothing happens ...

Yes,  I'm going to keep the old computer around.  I can definitely test this after the new release comes out.  If it doesn't fix the problem, I may try playing around with the plugin code a bit to see if I can see anything.
