Family Historian User Group

FH 5 is working fine for me on Windows 7 64-bit although I bought the full program, not the update from version 4.

I also got my copy from Kagi and the key worked fine.

I've never seen Ia as an 'official' code for Indiana.  Wikipedia has a list of the abbreviations for the states used prior to the current two character postal codes went into effect.

For the USA, I would think the postal codes you referenced would be the correct ones to use.  Personally, I spell out the names of states so I wouldn't use these codes, but I'm sure there are some people that do.

I spoke too soon. I created a similarly named folder in the media folder of the sample project. I backed up and restored the sample project and the folder was restored with the correct name. I just did a medium backup for the first time.  It backed up everything as expected, but the folder names for my media were corrupted. Worked fine for me just now. My backup zip file using the medium setting is 798 MB.

Thanks for the idea, but I don't think this is what is happening for me.  One of the individuals that I've noticed the problem on has only 7 facts and no more than 1 on any given day.
