Should the KB be updated to address the Citation column on the Sources tab of the records window as per this posting.

Citations Column Missing in Records Window (21525)

I believe in a recent version of FH this was changed from "Citations" to "Links".

Item 1 in the instructions at the web site did enable the recent file list when I right click. Still nothing if I hover over the icon. When I hover over the icon I get a thumbnail of the program window if the program is open and just the name of the program if the program is closed.

Are you clicking in a table cell first before you try using the cog wheel or right clicking? I believe you have to click in a cell first before the Modify Table option becomes active.
