Iain, I was wondering if you had had any success in this task?

I note what you are saying about not starting a new thread but it seemed ( to me) to have so many other yet related issues in it that I felt it would cloud what I wanted to ask.

I had a PC change in June and all media was transferred and up and running. Then the FH upgrade but now am unable to view the certificates and photos that I used to be able to. I want to be able to do that but i don't know how to. Since my first post, I have been investigating and went for Option 2 ...

How did you  decide who to have as your Root person? Do you vary it according to what you are currently working on ?
Do you choose the male line ?

Still getting to grips with the new version... can't even remember the new jargon..however! This is probably so basic I am verging on ashamed to ask.. OK I  find Joe Bloggs when in the Property Box mode, I click on him as before and up comes his details at the right hand side. Can I not then click  ...

OK - I want to enter a Birth Source. I see the yellow box at the bottom and it says Sources for - Birth . Done.

The next section - Source box - how do I enter the title of my source e.g. JoeBloggsBirthCertificate1925 ???

Am I missing something obvious?[frown]

Ok I am being really lazy but have just upgraded and am rushing to enter some info - the page has gone - what was it? The summary page - where you could enter nickname, cause of death etc....?? Where do I now enter cause of death or is it just under the event/fact/whatever it is called now?? TIA [ee...

I am trying to compile a report showing me the Census info I have for certain people.When I go into REPORTS then MISCELLANEOUS then INDIVIDUAL CENSUS it doesn't bring all of the census info up. It doesn't bring up the census events for people once married. How do I change this?
