Many thanks ejp for your reply. All is now clear. I've successfully printed two separate trees containing a small family tree. Thanks once again.  

I'm not sure whether this question has been asked before. I would like to know how I can ensure that I can print a small tree on one sheet of A4 paper. I know it will fit as there is a large area which blank on one of the two sheets shown in print preview. My thanks in advance.

Hi Jane, Thanks for your reply. Any new entry appears at the bottom of the list in the Records Window. To make the new entry appear in it's correct alphabetical position in the Records Window I have to first save and then exit. Then re-open F.H. the new entry then is in it's correct position ie 'Smi...

After entering information I would like it to appear in alphabetical order. Instead it appears at the bottom of the whole list. I have to save and exit FH and then re open. How can I achieve this.
