I second this request! I've just spent ages trying to find out how to override text in V3 - obviously it can no longer be done.

Although I don't understand why I couldn't change the boxes using the method I did, I have now found a way to get rectangles with no shadow: choose Diagram Options then on the Boxes tab click on Presets and then choose Classic.

I have just tried to insert a TIF image and got the message 'Unable to load image'. I didn't use LZW compression on any of my images. The new narrative sentences are brilliant! However, some of the labels I have given custom events sound pretty stupid when used in them, even after changing the format! Is it possible to rename custom events?
