Like an immigration/emmigration event but to record that they "arrived at" or "left from" (or both) to attach departure / arrival documents. Can you set up a note that is shared by more than one person, so if it is updated it reflects on all the associated peoples records? I have a family that formed a band and I want to set up a note for the band that I can update as I find more information, but I don't want to have to keep copying the ...

I bought v3 box set, then V4 and v5 upgrades. They each came with a license card. Unfortunately the crash also took out my cd drive so I can't start with the V3 disks and then apply the upgrades. I was hoping the v5 demo download would work, it installed ok, and the first thing it asks for is a user...

After a pc crash I have had to reinstall version 5 from the demo download. I have my license key card but when I try and enter the key it also requires my User name that I used when I first installed it. I have no idea what that user name is, is there any way I can find it out.

I does save successfully some of the time, I take a copy of the .ged file each time there is a successful save so I have a backup. When it fails I use a text editor to check the .ged file and that's where I can see the first section of the file is missing and it starts a random point through the fil...

I'm on Windows 7, it happens with all projects and can happen with only one change to the file followed by a save.

If I open the ged file after the save it starts part way through the file, missing the beginning and starting part way through a line.

It's a new install on a new computer.

Could a virus scan program running cause it? Coz that's been running in the background...?

I am having problems with FH 5.0.9. When I save my project it is becoming 'corrupted'. The ged file it saves is having most of it's data lost so when I try and open the project it errors. This has happened a number of times and all I can do is re-enter all my data, because the 'back-up' option occur...

Under 'Publish' no reports are available.

I 'upgraded' from V4 to V5 by purchasing the 'upgrade' disk and not the 'full' version.

Could this have had an affect?

How can I install the 'reports'?

There is nothing displayed in Step 3, and if I click on 'options' there is nothing to choose.
It's as if there are no 'reports' available, could this be something missing from the install?
