Just click on the Queries icon on the icon bar or take the view/standard queries and select one.

Just use the inverse of the query you used on the original split, so if you deleted records found by a query on one use 'Not found by' on the other.

You own computer should be fine, I am not sure if the venue will have available power sockets for extra machines so make sure your batteries are charged.

It was not in the plan to provide booklet type documentation, to my knowledge.

You can purchase the upgrade, how ever some people have preferred to purchase the full version to simplify re-installing should the need arrives, but it is possible to install V2 and upgrade to V3 and then upgrade to V4

All versions of V4 will upgrade your V3 install. You can not install V4 and V3 on a single machine. Please read the Tips for New and Upgrading users carefully prior to running the Project Wizard.
