Yes Nick, I realise OneDrive is not syncing now, but it seems it has never synced because the folder names are very different.

Remove the word Spouse: from the Spouse a.k.a. item Template.
The text at the start of every Template is what gets displayed as the label in the box, so edit as desired.

The plugin will match the REFN and Names (P.NAME) in the CSV with existing REFN and Name fields in the Project.
If it finds a match then any other values on the same row as the Name will get imported against that Name.
