You need to make sure you have the family selected and not the person.
This has always been supported, so I am sure it is there.
BTW it is not my program, I am just a user.

I don't think you can currently, obviously you get a very similar effect on the Family Group Sheet. The Childrens Births are not actually events for the Induvidual, but as the Events Tab on the properties dialog shows them, I suspect it would make sense for them to appear in the list. I think the t...

Not currently.
You may find it usful to create a query show residence and use that as a launching point. You can select the indi column on a query and open the Properties dialog or a diagram as you wish.

Hi, you can add an 'associated' person to the 'actual' parent or you can add a second family to a child, this can be useful for Step or adopted Families.

Personally I have one source per Census Page, because as you say I can keep the image against the source.
I also have a Repository called 1901 Census which I attach to all 1901 Census Sources. I can then query based on the repository of a source.

Hi Mark and Welcome, On the subject of sources many people have different and conflicting ideas. Personally I type the majority of the names into the actual text field of the source, because that way I can easily search for the information. There is an article on sources here on this site. If you ...

Printing Charts
You may need to move the page boundary. When the chart is displayed press the page display button at the top, the one with the cross and the 1 on it. This will show the page boundaries. Click on the whole chart button (world) and the whole chart will be visiable. Put your mouse on a page corner and ...

Hi Sally and welcome.
Narrative reports are on the wish list, so keep your fingers crossed.
Not sure what you mean by Box charts?
You can do Ancestor, desendant and hour glass charts plus the All Relatives, what were you looking for?

Changing a record Id.
As you only have 12 people, you could renumber the whole file using the Tools work with record IDs. Failing that you could renumber the file using a text editors search and replace. One other thing, you did not need to delete the person to move her, all you need to do is right click on the child i...

May I suggest you look at something like phpgedview this does produce simple ancestor and descendant charts and with a couple of minor tweaks will retain the photo links from FH, although not the partial photograph links. As an ex-FTM user I must say that with a 2,500 person file I never found the ...

HTML output can be done by a variety of programs, many of them free, direct from a GEDCOM file as FH uses a GEDCOM file all the time this is an easy job.
I would suggest checking out the all reletives chart with photos.

Should I switch to FH?
Images need to be attached as Multimedia objects. I suggest playing around with one or two first to get the feeling. One important thing is you do need to make small images for the Trees. FH will add the pictures to your reports when you print them so you do not paste them into the notes. Also yo...

Should I switch to FH?
Welcome. Unfortunately FTM does not export its pictures. As the way FH stores pictures is far better than FTM, what I did was to return to the original scanned images and used the partial picture linking to re-build the picture links. The lack of a spell checker is a bit of a problem, all I do is w...
