I had done that previously but I think I might have used RM8 which itself was not complete with media images.

I am trialing FH because I want my tree, including media, on my computer as is the case with Roots Magic. I like the look of FH better than RM. However, as far as I can tell I cannot download all my media to FH as I can with RM. I would like to have confirmation of that please because I have way too...
