As suggested I have started the whole process again.

The following screenshots should show you how I created my backup file on the source PC.

I will send a further two to show the end result.

The problem has been resolved!
I'm such an IT novice that I'm always reluctant to change settings but this experience has given me confidence to to be a little bolder.
Hopefully I wont have to bother you with such trivia again.

I have now unticked the boxes suggested by Adrian and that has removed all the rogue text except the heading, "James married Catherine ..." which can be seen in the screenshot.
If I could get rid of that it would be great.
