I bought V 6.2.7 in June 2020, with a free upgrade to V 7. I have saved the Registration Code, but when I tried to download the upgrade (with the RC cut & pasted) a message says the RC does not exist. Could someone please tell me how to get the upgrade? Thanks.

Thanks, I tried that but a box came up saying "PDF file output is not enabled".

My tree diagrams require scrolling to see the whole diagram. No problem, but when I save as a .jpg to send to other people the diagram shrinks to fit a window. Usually this means it is virtually unreadable. There must be a way to retain scrolling, but I can't spot it. Can anyone suggest a solution? ...

Could I please have the second option, so Immigration appears in Notes similar to Military, thank you. I ran the Move Death Source Note to Cause Plugin & a scanned example under the All tab is attached, just so you can see the results. The + beside Death needs to be clicked to see the Cause. In the FH Records Window, under the Notes tab, there is only one note (miscellaneous) even though there are IMMIG and/or MILI notes in the GEDCOM.
