Thanks for your prompt replies. When subscribing to the D List I repeatedly get a "Permanent Fatal Error" return of my email. I have now successfully subscribed to the L List and that seems to have gone through without error.

Hi,
I just received the latest FHUG newsletter and I am interested in subscribing to the D list. Can anybody tell me the email address and process to use since It moved from Rootsweb to Microsoft?

It was indeed a file save error in AS - of course I was so surprised I forgot to write the error text down! If it happens again I will let you know what it says.
