You’re a star!! Checked my three other projects and the plug-in worked on all three. (Why didn’t I think to check the other projects? )
Found the file you mentioned and deleted it. Checked the plug-in on the project that didn’t work and hey presto it now works.

File copied to non OneDrive folder no problem. Copied the file to OneDrive and same thing happened. Went through the upload, then went looking for changes, restarted the upload.

I have a case booked with the Microsoft so am dealing with their questions too.

Thank you for your help, so far.
All is back on Family Historian as it should be.
I was able to delete the Joan's Family Tree folder in File Explorer without needing to navigate to the C: Drive. I re-named the folder Joan's Family Tree (3) without any problem.

I did a Backup/Restore on Joan's Family Tree, and Woodcocks Family Tree and both successful.
Project Window now looks like this though - see screenshot below.
