Mike You may be right, up to a point. The thread you directed me to is certainly interesting and deals with an important topic, but I'm not only interested in creating a legacy. I'm well aware of privacy considerations, and my Subject line should probably have said "....copyright, privacy, etc?...

Thank you - embarrassingly simple really! I'd changed my PC (and my printer, and my operating system) before this started happening.

Operating in Windows 10, I uninstalled/reinstalled the Nova driver a while ago, but when I save diagrams as PDFs they retain the background grey stripes - which used not to be the case. Is there any easy fix for this?
