I would be inclined to Unlink the record, create a new record in the correct family, copy/paste/ the applicable facts to the new record, then delete those facts from the unlinked record. Sounds tedious, but ...

I need to replace a marriage witness entered via AS with another individual (who has the same name). As the facts were entered via AS, I'm having trouble making this correction. The Witness 'fact' can't be copied. There is no "Witness" fact type and I don't want to create one just for this purpose. ...

I get the point that Fact Witnesses are inferior to individual census events. I wouldn't replace the AS approach with witnesses, but the belts & suspenders approach yields additional narrative detail that can be useful. In those cases, I'll suffer the additional mouse clicks. Cheers.

That adds a couple of steps to a census entry. I don't suppose the attribution of resident witnesses can be automated (ie. with AS)?

I've noticed the subject phrase in the sentence template of the default Residence fact definition.

How do I get the result to list the other residents who share the same Residence fact?

How can I rename files already linked to records?

I like the way AS names media files as it copies them into FH but I need to go back and tidy up my existing media filenames. I've searched but can't find the procedure for doing this within FH.

As a refugee from FTM, I'm considering subscribing to MyHeritage. I understand there is a discount for year 1 of a MyHeritage subscription for FH users. That discount isn't reflected in the prices cited within FH compared to the prices cited externally. Am I missing something?
