Thank you for your responses. The photos are from a different computer to this windows laptop as well as images of documents from Ancestry. Sorry to sound a little dense but are you saying that I will have to go through my Ancestry tree and down load every photo and image onto my laptop then upload ...

Hi hope you can help.

I have just installed my first copy of FH6 and downloaded a GEDCOM from Ancestry which I have then uploaded onto FH6.
My issue is that no photos have appeared and all links are in red and have a x on external links list.

all and any help would be much appreciated
