I didn't contact them, but I just received an email saying "This email has been sent to you following a request we have received to re-send your licence details for Family Historian 6 Upgrade From 5." How strange is that? This is the first time of receiving ...

Nothing in my spam folder and the email they sent was from a no-reply address. I don't mind waiting, as long as they haven't missed me out for some reason. Is anyone else still waiting?

I applied for the free upgrade on the 10th December, as the site was down when I tried on the 9th. I got the automated reply, but nothing since. Are they still catching up with the backlog? It would just be good to hear that other people are still waiting, so I don't feel left out.
