I either enter the date in mixed case or using only numerals. Caps are forced in the title of Deaths, Burials, Marriages, and Baptisms. Here is a copy of the Death Image Title Template: {SOURCETYPE} {DATE} {KEYPERSON}. Even the example under this template on the Ancestral Sources Options page shows ...
