Following fhug instructions for creating a PDF I get the message "PDF file output is not enabled". A previous post on this topic was referred to FH Help, but I see no reference to enabling there. I have upgraded to v5 from v2 so presumably didn't get a PDF Creator automatically. I have installed Cut...
