It looks a bit complex for me but I had seen this section but didn't really understand what can be done with the program in this way.
I will read through and learn how to do this.

I have searched the FH program and FAQ but just cannot find anything that will allow the user to have a task list/ to do list or similar so incoming requests for changes can be logged and ticked of as complete. A simple link to the users default word processor application may be all that is required...
