I'm pleased to say my relative followed your link regarding instructions and sent me the correct file.
It loaded into FH with no problems.

Hi all, I have just started using version 5. A relative sent me a file " Stafford%20Family%20Tree_ged.mht" I tried to open and import it into a new project but FH tells me it is not a recognised format.
