Unmarried couple Childrens names
I have a couple who had 9 children 4 boys and 5 girls. Beginning of 19th Century. The couple never married and the children were christened with their mothers maiden name. Some then continued to use their mother's maiden name and some used their father's Surname. What is the best way to add this fam...

Re: Change 'Private' back to show name
Thanks I have used backup copy as I think you are right re plug in. I was checking for duplicates. When I try to delete the corrupt file I get warning:" A FH project should have one (main) project and one gedcom file. This project folder has more than one. If you delete you may delete more than on f...

Change 'Private' back to show name
Hi
I seem to have inadvertently changed all my paternal line to 'Private'.
I have checked to see if flagged and none indicated.
How do I view all my 'Private' individuals names.

Many thanks for the link to Knowledge Base which allows you to introduce a "To Do" tab to "Facts" window. Bit of a process but excellent when set up.

Hi Is it possible to change the formatted font colour for an individual record in a list: Individuals, Families or Named Lists. I have avoided using the word "highlight" as this gives all sorts of 'extra' options. I simply want to 'show up' individuals etc who I wish to revisit and research more. I ...

Families duplicated
In Family Records I have numerous individuals listed as the sole parent.
I suspect some of these are also included with a spouse? How can I find out if these sole parents are included with a spouse without going through a long list record by record?

This drop down lists all multimedia records and shows typle, format and 'LINKS'(number of).
My question is:- is it possible to add links to individual Records direct from this list?
I note by right clicking on record I can add: format, title, note ,file, date note and custom ID.
thanks

Convert Works Database to Gedcom
Does anyone know how I can convert a large one name study file currently in Works Db (*.wdb) format to a gedcom file.
