Duhhhh I forgot about the List Order button on the Fact list. So they do work ok.

However, the up/down arrows definitely don't work for the links/notes on the multimedia screen. The worked in V3 but not V4.

I'm working with the trial version of V4 and using the Multimedia Records screen. At the bottom left there are link records & notes, ie. to link records to media on the right. Unfortunately, I can't get the re-order arrows (up or down) to work. Also, on the individual record, facts list - the arrows...

Thanks Jane, at least I now get 3 rows of 4 photo's on the individual page, below my husbands details and above mine. Hi, I can see the configure columns option in the records list and have used it, but it's not an option on the multimedia list, ie. there are only two sort options.

Is this my installation do you think?

Can anyone tell me how I can adjust the columns within the Multimedia screen. For example, I would like to rearrange them.

It would be really good to have one's Family Tree diagram as part of the web facility. Also, have each box clickable and linked to the individual's report.
