I can find my way round F.H. and give help but I wouldn't want to do screen grabs, etc. (are they legal, with regard to copyright issues, etc.?).

While I see what was being done in the example given in the Knowledge Base I do think it makes it unnecessarily complicated to have four John Smiths. It even admits this in the tips at the bottom: ' Double check you have the right one. With the Example above there are a lot of Johns to choose from ....

I use F.H. a lot and have made all sorts of mistakes which I've had to learn to get out of myself - because I didn't know about this great site.

I know this is an old thread, but I am surprised that no one has made the point of ensuring that if plastic wallets are being used, they should be 'acid free' to help reduce the deterioration of fragile documents.
