Ah - cracked it. I thought the note as caption referred to the note below title on the right hand side of the Multimedia Window. It now works as required when I enter a note in that bottom right hand box. Many thanks for your help.

Ah - I don't have anything in the 'this is Charles at his wedding' field. In fact my screen layout looks rather dufferent from yours, especially the topleft, where you have picture titles.

I have done it on each image, in the multimedia window. But it seems to have had no effect on the appearance of the CD ROM

No matter which boxes I check when configuring reports or group sheets for an FH CD Rom I cannot generate the captions I need. I seem to get either just the name of the individual who has been linked to the picture, or nothing at all. In fact I want the picture notes to appear as captions. Any guida...
