I guess they may have been broken previously. I have managed to repair a few of the links by changing the path in the individual record screen image by image and I suspect that there is no no quicker way of doing this.

Some how I have managed to duplicate a whole family ie.  The husband appears to have two wives of the same name and the wife two husbands of the same name and either spouse has identical children.  On checking the records list there appear to be no duplicates at all, so I can not merge these records...

I find that I have made a mistake and need to delete a second wife. I selected the record and deleted but was left with the 2nd wife tab saying 'no spouse' instead of being blank as I expected. There is a box to tick to include private notes in narrative reports.  How does one incorporate a private note in an individual record?  I can not find any reference to this in the user manual.

A lot to take in here. There is a problem in expressing certain of the events in narrative form. He/She 'experienced' etc does not fit with what I have often entered as events.
