1921 Census search
Is it possible to add the 1921 census to the list of 'search the internet' in the web search option in a similar way to the existing 1901 and 1911 census' at the head of the current choices of web searches.

Re: Census Icons
Many thanks once again.
Now all working as expected. I have continued with Jane's icons as I prefer them and I can't see how to resize the .emf icons.
Hopefully when I get to entering the 21 census' I will not run into any more problems.

I have just started using FH 7.0.9 and preparing for the 1921 census. As with my previous versions I have used expressions for showing the icons in diagrams. When I enter the Expression in Diagram Options and then choose Edit Features and then Icon I get the opportunity to hit Select for the appropr...

Re: Lookup Missing Census Facts
That is the answer. Thanks for all your efforts. Would it be possible to check the size of the tree and issue a warning if it is larger than 1000? I did not think to read the Help & Advice page or refer to the KB as I have used the plugin many times in the past and not picked up any issues. Thanks ...

Re: Lookup Missing Census Facts
I have run File > Validate and Tools > Find Uncategorised Data. Resulting in Zero problems and a blank list.
Do you mean reinstall FH V6.1.4 upgrade. I have been upgrading from V 2.1 and do not know where to find the last full version if I ever had one.

Tested my Dad again with the reloaded Plugin. FH crashed at he first attempt and the only Plugin option to report incorrectly was All Relations of a chosen person at the second attempt.
So nothing changed.

Re: Lookup Missing Census Facts
Mike,
Running the plugin as you set out I get the same message box saying that no 1939 census are missing.
I was running it with All relations of the individual selected then the browser reports it is missing. See attached.

Re: Lookup Missing Census Facts
Mike, A thought just occurred to me I probably used the downloaded template as you suggested when the 1939 Register first appeared (see below). NOT the template as included with the latest 5.1.3 version of AS. Mike Re: 1939 Register by tatewise » Wed Nov 04, 2015 3:27 pm Courtesy of Irene Blackburn,...

Re: Lookup Missing Census Facts
Thanks for your prompt response Mike. I presume you have used the AS 1939 Template with date 29 Sep 1939. YES For the relatives in question is there a Census Event dated 29 Sep 1939? YES Do you mean the Result Set, or do you mean the browser window titled: U. K. Census Records 1790 - 1939 are missin...

Find Duplicate Individuals Version 1.5+
Sorry Mike I wasn't clear. I used lowercase for the first letter of the christian when the duplicates were not found.
Uppercase for the first letter of the forename when the duplicates were found.

Find Duplicate Individuals Version 1.5+

When I changed this to uppercase they appeared in the duplicate list. For the test I added unrelated individuals grandfather,...

Find Duplicate Individuals Version 1.5+
Mike Thanks for your reply. In my tree of 1600 individuals I did as you suggested and added my father (as a duplicate)to my Grand father and myself as a son. So we both appear twice in my tree. The plugin does not pick it up. I also added my father as an unrelated individual and me as a son to him. ...

Find Duplicate Individuals Version 1.5+
I must be missing something. I added myself and DOB as a child of my father to see if the plug in would show my name as a duplicate as I am already the child of my father in my tree. It didn't. So I changed the spelling slightly - it still didn't show. I saved my duplicate addition in case that made...
